Our Specialty Fruit Cakes
A Bermudian tradition has now become a Kiwi must have, our fruit cakes are like no other. A very rich, old fashioned moist fruit cake well soused in black rum, southern bourbon or French brandy. Your choice!
Ready to eat any time or give away, these cakes make a great gift. They may be served warm with fresh cream, custard, ice cream, rum sauce, bourbon sauce or brandy sauce, which ever way you please.
Our fruit cakes have a one year self life - in fact, if you want one for Christmas, we suggest purchasing in October or November - it will be even better in December!
