About Us...
Canterbury Country Kitchen (formally known as Canterbury Country) has changed ownership and relaunched itself from the small town of Rakaia, located in the mid Canterbury countryside shadowed by Mt Hutt.
We use only the freshest fruits and vegetables sourced from local growers. Canterbury Country Kitchen offers a range of Gluten Free and Sugar Free products. This makes a great product the whole family can enjoy in confidence. Some of the products used in creating our jams, sauces, chutneys and relishes are imported as they are not available in New Zealand.
Only good quality fruit and vegetables are used in making our products. As a company policy we try and use minimal amounts of salt and sugar to produce our products. During the production of our products we follow only the strictest food safety, hygiene and handling practises.
We have the perfect gifts to send overseas to family and friends. They are packed and sealed for air travel and cruise ships.
